  1. What is the conversion rate?
    MyLU! transactions
    Top up 5.00 -> 2 reward points
    Mobile transactions
    SMS P2.50 -> 1 reward point
    MMS P15.00 -> 6 reward points

  2. What about my direct top-up? Will I receive points from them?
    - Right now we can only give Reward points to those who top-up through myLU.

  3. Is the Rewards program forever or is it just a promo?
    - This is a new service being offered to loyal gamers, thus it is long term. We will not be removing it.

  4. Is this for all games?
    - We are currently offering Rewards for the following games: RF Online, Ragnarok, Flyff, Perfect World, and Freestyle.

  5. Will you be adding new items to the Rewards list?
    - We will definitely think about adding other items to the Reward item list based on player feedback.

  6. How do I receive my items for Ragnarok after I redeem?
    • Go to http://account.levelupgames.ph/rewards, input your MYLU username and password, and press login.
    • Choose Ragnarok and click the checkbox beside the item you would like to redeem.
    • Check your point balance, if you have a sufficient amount of points for the desired item, proceed to redemption.
    • Next choose which account the reward item will be inserted in.
    • For Ragnarok Online, there is no need to type in the character name since it can be redeemed at the "Cool Event NPC ".
    • There is no cut-off time for claiming the item(s). You can also redeem your item from your preferred server.

  7. How do I receive my items for RF Online, Freestyl,e and Flyff after I redeem?
    • Go to http://account.levelupgames.ph/rewards, input your MYLU username and password and press login.
    • Choose the game of your choice and click the checkbox beside the item you would like to redeem.
    • Check your point balance, if you have a sufficient amount of points for the desired item, proceed to redemption.
    • Next you have to choose the account where you want the reward item inserted.
    • After choosing the account name and the server if necessary, type in the character name that will receive the item. Be sure to input the character name exactly as it appears on your account.
    • After filling in the textboxes, click on redeem.
    • You will then be redirected to a page that will summarize the current redemption transaction.
    • Click on “continue” to redeem the item(s).

  8. How will I receive my items for Perfect World?
    • Go to http://account.levelupgames.ph/rewards, input your MYLU username and password and press login.
    • Choose Perfect World and click the checkbox beside the item you would like to redeem.
    • Check your point balance, if you have a sufficient amount of points for the desired item, proceed to redemption.
    • After checking your point balance, you have to choose the account where you want the reward item inserted.
    • After choosing the account name and the server, type in the character name that will receive the item. Be sure to input the character name exactly as it appears on your account.
    • After filling the textboxes, click on redeem.
    • You will then be redirected to a page that will summarize the current redemption transaction.
    • Click on “continue” to redeem the item(s). A confirmation message will appear stating that you will receive the item(s) after 2-3 weeks.

    • Note: Rewards can only be redeemed ONE REWARD AT A TIME. If you wish to claim more than one reward, you will need to transfer the items or empty the inventory or storage of your Level 1 Wu Xia in order to avoid overwriting your previous rewards

  9. What error message will I receive if I try to claim an item but had insufficient points?
    - "Insufficient Mileage Points. Click [Back] to choose another item."

  10. What error message will I receive if I typed in an incorrect character name?
    - "Sorry entries in RED can't be processed. Click [Back] to complete or correct details."

  11. For RF Online, if I redeemed items for my RF Online accounts, and my inventory is full, what should I do to claim my items? Will I still be able to claim them?
    - If your inventory is full, you just need to remove some items in your inventory (leave sufficient space for the number of reward items) then logout. On your next login, you should be able to receive your Rewards items.


  12. What should I do if I did not receive my reward points or the items I redeemed?
    - Wait for a few seconds or minutes before checking again, if the results are the same, double check to see if the appropriate directions were followed. Also make sure that you received a message stating that you have successfully redeemed the items. If the appropriate procedures and timelines were already observed but still didn't receive the reward items accordingly, create a ticket and provide the following details:
